Perhaps the biggest challenge that organisations in China are facing is how to rapidly transfer wisdom and experience to the local workforce in order that they can take on the challenge of growing the business; knowledge and skills are relatively easy but how do you manage the intangible wisdom and experience? His experience in China has helped ProMeme rise to the challenges facing organisations today.

Chris also helps boards and leadership teams to help them clarify the purpose, values and objectives of their organisations and to communicate these to their Stakeholders.

Chris’ early career involved nine years with IBM, in a variety of sales and management positions before running the back office of a major Wall Street Investment Bank.
